Winter is slowly coming, and with it the first snowflakes, hot chocolates and TV nights under the duvet. By now, you've probably already come across the first Christmas TV films and their special atmosphere, full of beautiful feelings and snowy scenery...

How can you dream of becoming the hero or heroine of your own Christmas film? We have the perfect film location for you! Put on your best woollen jumper, your moon boots and your down jacket, we'll take you to the place where you'll be filming...

STEP 1: The set

Welcome to the Val d'Arly, the idyllic setting for a holiday with family or friends, but also for your Christmas film! First of all, let's set the scene: 4 authentic village resorts in the heart of Savoie-Mont-Blanc, a postcard setting, a territory inhabited all year round... the perfect place to celebrate the end of year festivities in the heart of an enchanting landscape.

STEP 2: The casting 👈

We already know who will play the lead role: you! In the Val d'Arly, meet the inhabitants and talk to them: they will be delighted to tell you about their way of life in this territory they love so much... and probably to share their meal, 100% local, with you!

The Val d'Arly is in fact situated at the crossroads of 3 PDO's: Beaufort, Reblochon and Chevrotin des Aravis, guarantors of a dynamic agriculture which respects traditions. Raclette, tartiflette, fondue, but also, of course, charcuterie, rissoles: so many recipes to delight the taste buds and warm the hearts in a friendly atmosphere worthy of your Christmas film!

STEP 3: The story 👈

To make your film interesting, you will of course have to take part in a whole range of activities. This is a good thing, as the Val d'Arly offers a plethora of them: downhill skiing, but also ski touring, snowshoeing, dog sledding, moonbike... without forgetting the museums, creative workshops or wellness sessions. Enough to create many adventures for young and old!
